Barricade On The Roll

Before the blockbuster hit Transformers movie, the action-packed film was popularized by the animated movie which was released way during the late part of the 80s. The Transformers 1st Generation was an all-time favorite not just for kids, but for all people of all ages who loved robots, cars and action!

Almost all Transformers fans are on the side of the Autobots, but of course there’s someone who we also like from the evil side. One of my favorite Decepticons is Barricade! In the 2007 movie, Barricade was a Saleen S281 Mustang police car. If you have seen the movie, you’ll notice that Barricade is a well-modified police car! Totally awesome! He’s character is a spy and a vicious hunter and he is disguising himself as one of the authorities.

In the Transformers 1st Generation back in 1990, Barricade was a part of the Decepticon race track patrol team. His vehicle-alternate is a sports car, which we cannot identify what kind of model Barricade was.

Barricade learned how to look-out for himself while hanging around with Cybertron’s most sadistic racing gangs. But Barricade displays the viciousness that he has and he brings that same wicked edge to his position as head of the Race Track Patrol. His troops know that the smallest amount of mistakes will end up in a heartless dressing down in front of the others! His troops are doing the best they can just to meet his demanding standards. His uncompromising obnoxious leadership style doesn’t do much for self-confidence, but he figures it’s for the good of the team!
